Goverisyn provides portfolio measurement governance for residential home-services platforms. It is operated by SocMedia Digital Management LLC, a Delaware company based in Belcamp, Maryland. References to “Goverisyn,” “we,” “us” or “our” refer to SocMedia Digital Management LLC.

These terms cover this website and the Portfolio Review request form. Use of the Goverisyn application at app.goverisyn.com is governed by your organization’s written agreement with us.

This site is for professionals evaluating portfolio measurement governance for their organizations. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms.

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form on this site
• Use automated tools to copy or extract content from this site in bulk without written permission. Search engines and other automated agents that follow our robots.txt file may index the site.
• Reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from site content without written permission, other than brief quotation with attribution

Requesting a Portfolio Review asks for a working session about your portfolio’s measurement environment. It does not create a contract, engagement or obligation of any kind, for you or for us.

A request is not a purchase, a service agreement, a consulting engagement or a commitment to provide any product, service or deliverable. Any engagement that follows is subject to a separate written agreement.

Do not submit confidential information through the form. It is not a secure data room. Do not include confidential portfolio data, financial records, customer information, personal information about third parties, or any other sensitive or proprietary business information. We cannot receive, protect or treat as confidential information submitted through a public web form.

All content on goverisyn.com, including text, visual design, analytical exhibits and illustrative cases, is the intellectual property of SocMedia Digital Management LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

Nothing on this site grants you a license to use, reproduce or distribute any Goverisyn content, branding, methodology or intellectual property without prior written permission.

Goverisyn is a trademark of SocMedia Digital Management LLC. “Portfolio Measurement Governance,” “Portfolio Measurement Statement,” “Measurement Matrix,” “Measurement Record” and “Portfolio Review,” as used to describe Goverisyn’s product and services, are proprietary terminology of SocMedia Digital Management LLC.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

This site relies on third-party providers for hosting, data storage, email delivery and web fonts. Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maryland.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and summarize material changes here. Continued use of this site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

October 11, 2026: the terms now say that the Goverisyn application is governed by your organization’s agreement; permit indexing by search engines and other agents that follow robots.txt; update the proprietary terminology to current product names; and describe service providers by function rather than by name.
