Privacy Policy

Goverisyn provides portfolio measurement governance for residential home-services platforms. It is operated by SocMedia Digital Management LLC, a Delaware company based in Belcamp, Maryland. References to “Goverisyn,” “we,” “us” or “our” in this policy refer to SocMedia Digital Management LLC.

We collect information only when you submit the Portfolio Review request form. It asks for:

• Your name and work email address
• Your firm and your role
• The approximate number of portfolio companies or brands
• The areas most relevant to you
• Anything you choose to tell us about where comparability breaks down today

When you visit the site, our hosting provider also records standard technical information, including your IP address, browser type and referring page. It is used only for security and to operate the site. Pages also load a typeface from a web font service; your browser requests it directly from that service, which receives your IP address as part of the request.

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use third-party analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.

Please do not submit confidential portfolio data, financial records, customer information or other sensitive business information through the form. It is not built to receive, store or protect information of that kind. General context about your measurement environment is all we need.

If your organization gives you access to the Goverisyn application at app.goverisyn.com, we also process:

• Your account details: your name, your work email address and the roles your organization assigns you
• Your sign-in credentials. Your password is handled by our authentication service and stored only in hashed form; we never see it. If you set up two-factor sign-in, the authenticator secret is held by the same service.
• A record of sign-in activity: successful and refused sign-ins, two-factor checks, password resets and invitations, each with its time, your account, your IP address and your browser. Passwords and two-factor codes are never recorded.
• A record of the governance actions you take, such as approvals, issued statements, downloads and role changes, with who acted and when

The application uses cookies only to keep you signed in. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Portfolio data that your organization submits to the application is processed on your organization’s behalf and under its agreement with us. That agreement, not this policy, governs how that data is used, retained and deleted.

Information submitted through the Portfolio Review request form is used only to:

• Respond to your request personally
• Understand your measurement context before the Portfolio Review
• Determine whether and how Goverisyn can address the questions you described

Account details and sign-in records are used to provide the application, to keep accounts secure, and to give your organization an accountable record of who did what in its environment.

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing by third parties, automated profiling, or any purpose other than those described here.

Submissions and application data are stored in a secure database hosted in the United States. Access is restricted to authorized personnel of SocMedia Digital Management LLC. The controls in place are described on our Security & Data Protection page.

Confirmation, notification, invitation and password-reset emails are sent through a transactional email provider. Your email address is used only to deliver those emails and for follow-up from our team.

We keep Portfolio Review requests for as long as needed to respond to and manage the inquiry, and no longer than 24 months from the date of submission unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Account details are kept while your organization’s access continues. Sign-in and governance records are kept in an append-only audit log for as long as your organization uses Goverisyn, and afterwards as needed for security and accountability. Because the log cannot be altered, its entries are retained rather than edited or deleted.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

We share it only with the service providers that host this website and the application, store data, deliver email and serve web fonts, and only as far as needed to operate them and respond to your request. Each provider processes data under its own data protection terms. Details of these providers are available to clients and prospective clients on request.

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation or valid legal process.

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information you have submitted to us. Send your request to privacy@goverisyn.com; we will respond within 30 days.

Records in the application’s audit log are an exception: they are kept so that your organization’s record of sign-ins and governance actions stays complete, and they cannot be edited or deleted on request.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or California, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law, including data portability and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise any of them.

This website does not link to third-party websites. If that changes, we will update this policy.

Goverisyn is a business-to-business product for finance and operating leaders of home-services platforms and their investors. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and summarize material changes here.

October 11, 2026: the policy now describes the Portfolio Review request form as it is today; says plainly that the form does not accept confidential information; and discloses that pages load a typeface from a web font service.

October 7, 2026: added how we handle information for users of the Goverisyn application, including sign-in records and the audit log; service providers are now described by function rather than by name.
